Prior to joining Katz, Melissa spent a number of years in business development and recruiting for a national staffing firm facilitating placements in the finance and accounting areas. Her experience also includes time in the financial sector with Mellon Financial Corporation. Melissa also served as the Administrator for Financial Executives International's Pittsburgh Chapter for seven years.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and her MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business.

Associate Director - MAcc
Don currently works with MAcc (Master of Science in Accounting) students seeking career advice, professional development and employer engagement. Don also serves as a liaison to the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Black MBA Association and the Association of Latino Professional in Finance and Accounting Pittsburgh, National Association of Black Accountants, the National Association of Asian MBAs, DISCO, which provides Career Forums for Japanese-English bilingual students and PBAN (Pittsburgh Black Alumni Network).
Don works with the Office of Admissions at the Katz to identify and recruit diversity applicants for the full time MAcc Program. He is currently on the selection committee of the Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP) which introduces high school diversity students to accounting, finance, economics, technology and management.

Dana C. Romano
Prior to joining the university in 2002, Dana spent approximately 15 years in human resources. Working primarily in the IT, banking, non-profit and telecommunications industries, some of Dana's more notable employers include: Marconi Communications, National City (now PNC Bank), Lee Hecht Harrison and the Pittsburgh Technology Council.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ashley brings a unique blend of experience from her background in academic counseling and operations. Prior to joining the Katz team, Ashley served as an academic counselor for student-athletes at The University of Georgia for almost three years where she assisted students with academic planning and career preparation. Before making the change to academic counseling, Ashley began her career at Lockheed Martin Corporation where she started as a Procurement Representative for the Space Systems division. After two years, she was recruited into the company's Operations Leadership Development Program, which is a two-year program for early-career, high-potential employees consisting of four six-month job rotations and leadership training. Her project management rotations within the Space Systems and Aeronautics divisions covered areas such as supply chain, contract management, supplier relations, and quality assurance. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University, and her Master of Science in Sport Management and Policy from The University of Georgia.

Kyshira S. Moffett, MBA was an HR professional at PNC Bank prior to joining Katz. Her expertise lies within Facilitation, Millennial Development & Campus Recruiting. In her spare time, she facilitates workshops for professional organizations such as the National Association of Black Accountants, National Black MBA Association & Ellevate Network. Her presentations span a range of topics including; Personal Branding, Resume Writing, Maximizing LinkedIn and the Power of Social Media.
Kyshira is a proud graduate of Hampton University. During her tenure at Hampton, Kyshira garnered six different corporate internships with companies such as Traveler's Insurance, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Morgan Stanley. She was also selected from an exclusive pool for an 18-month fellowship with MLT where she enhanced her business acumen and participated in seminars with corporate executives.
Currently, Kyshira serves as the Executive Secretary for the National Black MBA Association, Social Media Chair for the YWCA Young Leaders Board and Membership Co-Chair for Ellevate Pittsburgh. Recently, Kyshira was elected President of the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh. She is also an alumni of the Coro Pittsburgh Women in Leadership Program and was named a 2014 Western PA Rising Star.

Lynn has been at the University of Pittsburgh since the fall of 2005. Before joining the Katz Career Management team, Lynn worked with undergraduate Pitt Business students as both an academic and career advisor. She has also worked as a career advisor for undergraduate and graduate students in technology and engineering disciplines. Lynn brings with her a broad foundation having worked with students in number of different areas including student leadership, residence life, and student activities and as an instructor.
Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and her Master of Education from SUNY at Buffalo.

Prior to joining Katz, Alexandra has held positions at the University of Pittsburgh within the Department of Housing, Panther Central and the College of Business Administration. Alexandra manages the logistics of on-campus recruiting for employers, develops corporate partnerships and maintains the Career Connection portal. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh having majored in Economics with related areas in Leadership and Communications.
